In order to set up an account you will need to click on the web page address above. There is helpful information below to assist you with that process.

You will need the following to set up an online account(if you have multiple accounts you will be able to link them to one online account after you set up this account):

Recent utility bill information
Last Name or Business Name
House #
Full Utility account # 001234-000
Email address
New Password.

Navigation
There are 7 Menu options.

Dashboard - Contains summary information about your account and quick descriptive links to other parts of the site.
Add Credit – Allows you to select the method of payment and submit a payment. There are 2 methods of payments both of which can be saved for future use by checking the‘Save this payment information for future payments’ box.
1. Electronic Check – requires you to enter bank account information the payment will be drafted from
2. Credit Card – requires you to enter your credit card information for the payment

Note: if this is a first payment or you have changed your payment method, your bank may show an extra dollar added to the amount you are paying. This is temporary and reflected as a pending transaction. The final transaction that clears your bank should be the amount of your bill.
Note: to ensure no interruption of service please make online payments 24 hours before a scheduled cutoff deadline.

My Bill – Displays the current Bill
Usage – By selecting your service in the drop down menu you will be able to display historical information in graph or Table format.
Activity – will display payment and billing transactions from your account. Clicking on the billing transaction will display the detailed billing information for that account.
My Profile – allows you to:
1. Change your email account & password
2. Verify E-Mail Address – This will not be necessary until e-billing and recurring payments are set up by the City.
3. Add multiple accounts to your online account.
Contact Us – contains phone numbers and email addresses
