Function of Department
The
Street and Equipment Utilization Department is responsible for
the repair and resurfacing of streets; maintenance and construction
of ditches, pipes and storm water inlets; and maintenance and construction
of sidewalks, curbs, and other concrete work. The Department provides
also provides a street sweeping service.

Can you fix my driveway?
A:
The City can only work within the right-of-way. We can only work on
a driveway if there is a danger of damage to the street.
Q:
Can you clean out my ditch?
A:
The City can only maintain ditches that are within the right-of-way
or within a recorded storm water easement.
